In 2012, she received the Credit Suisse Young Artist Award, followed by her debut with the Vienna Philharmonic under the baton of Bernard Haitink at the Lucerne Festival. An exclusive Warner Classics artist, she has built an award-winning discography over the years, balancing her international career with a deep commitment to chamber music—a central element of her artistic exploration. The Guardian has described her sound as “icy, ardent, whispered, richly varied,” capturing the breadth of her expressive palette.

During the Open Class, Frang will work with Kristel Kraja and Teofil Milenkovic—two students from Salvatore Accardo’s violin course—on pieces from the major violin repertoire, accompanied on the piano by Maria Grazia Bellocchio.
