Internationally acclaimed as a violinist, conductor, and artistic director of major festivals, Guttman has shared the stage with legendary artists including Martha Argerich, Elena Bashkirova, Vadim Repin, Antoine Tamestit, and Maxim Vengerov.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Behind this distinguished classical career lies another lifelong passion: tango. In the late 1980s, a personal encounter with legendary Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla profoundly shaped Guttman\u2019s artistic vision and inspired the creation of THE GUTTMAN TANGO QUINTET.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To pursue Piazzolla\u2019s spirit of innovation, Guttman assembled some of Europe\u2019s leading tango specialists: Franco-Chilean bandoneonist <strong>Lysandre Donoso<\/strong>, Belgian pianist <strong>Ivo De Greef<\/strong>, Belgian cellist <strong>Stijn Kuppens<\/strong>, and Argentine double bassist <strong>Ariel Eberstein<\/strong>. Together, these musicians have performed at prestigious international festivals including Pietrasanta in Concerto, Odesa Classics, Crans-Montana Classics, the POLIN Music Festival, the Trans-Siberian Art Festival, Paris Printemps du Violon, and the Corfu and Patmos International Music Festivals.
