H.A.G.A. was born from the collaboration between Enrico Crippa, a violin maker, conservator, and restorer specializing in vintage instruments, and the Arvedi Laboratory for Non-Invasive Diagnostics at the University of Pavia, part of the Interdepartmental Center for Studies and Research on Cultural Heritage (CISRiC) and based at the Violin Museum in Cremona.
To preserve the historical heritage hidden behind every vintage instrument.
For this reason, we combine multiple skills: science, chemistry, and violin making, to synergistically certify the historical value.
