The Acoustic Guitar Village in Cremona is the evolution of the Acoustic Guitar Meeting of Sarzana: starting from 2016 edition, CremonaFiere and the “Armadillo Club” Cultural Association headed by President Alessio Ambrosi have joined efforts to strengthen and renew a format that includes: showcase of lutherie guitars and imported guitar brands, guitar didactics and guitar making masterclasses and workshops, historical instruments exhibitions, live concerts, seminars, lectures, meetings and competitions for emerging talents.
Offering industry professionals and enthusiasts a favoured point to meet and debate within an event where top sector brands and the world’s best luthiers come together.
Creating within Cremona Musica the best suited environment for the sector and giving a significant contribution to the growth of guitar culture, while also offering high quality performances and entertainment.

Advanced courses on acoustic, classical, and modern guitar and mandolin construction techniques, with top international teachers and luthiers.
Historical exhibitions of guitars and acoustic string instruments
Every year, instruments that have shaped the history of violin making over the centuries are presented in special display cases, following the evolution and research of various violin-making schools, from private collections and public museums.
Luthiers and international importing manufacturing companies
The AGV area features instruments created by top national and international luthiers, in the dedicated, quiet “Vicolo dei Liutai” space and in rooms specifically designed for classical guitars. Stands and open areas are available to the top international acoustic guitar companies

Confirming the success of past editions, the guitar is once again the protagonist at the Cremona Fair, with national and international presence of luthiers, small and large manufacturers and distributors of the most prestigious brands, accessories and dedicated editions.
Guitar associations, luthiers’ associations and consortia, and training institutes and schools participate. During the fair, masterclasses, themed exhibitions, presentations of instruments of high historical and artistic value, meetings, conferences, concerts, and numerous events are organized, with the guitar as the undisputed protagonist! International guests and performances by renowned guitarists are also featured.
