One year after its first meeting, the international network of institutions committed to developing new models of hybrid and remote music education continues to grow, welcoming new partners.
The round table will bring together Giuseppe Modugno, Director of the “Vecchi-Tonelli” Conservatory of Modena and Carpi; Russian pianist Vassily Scherbakov; Christoph Schiska, pianist and Head of Department at the University of Freiburg; and Japanese conductor On Mitani of Showa University.
Together with Roberto Prosseda, the speakers will review the progress made over the past year and discuss the network’s future development, exploring the new possibilities offered by connectivity technologies and Yamaha Disklavier pianos for teaching, artistic collaboration and musical exchange at a distance.
The session will also include a live connection with Peter Maté, Head of Department at the University of Reykjavík, which recently joined the network following the acquisition of a Yamaha Disklavier.
