Piano repertoire pieces of varying difficulty levels for piano study Vol. 1 – Vol. 2, RICORDI SCUOLA
This work was conceived to provide first-level Conservatory students with a valuable didactic resource to prepare for the Practical and Sight-Reading Skills exam, a preparatory subject included in the study plans of instrumentalists and singers. Its contents include a graded collection of progressive studies, a selection of polyphonic pieces and works by Baroque composers, as well as numerous pieces spanning from the Classical period to the present day. The material also makes it suitable for students in Conservatory preparatory courses and for anyone wishing to begin piano study. The volumes are completed by short piano accompaniments and easy four-hand pieces, major and minor scales, as well as major, minor, diminished seventh and dominant seventh arpeggios.
