What they do
Emute Lab Instruments represents the lab’s technology transfer to the world of music production, bringing hardware and software developed through university research to the market. Their projects combine artistic experimentation, complex systems, machine learning, live coding, and the design of new electronic instruments, while maintaining strong ties to academic research and open source.
In Fiera
Emute Lab Instruments is participating in Soundmit for the first time, bringing to Italy a project born directly from research at the University of Sussex. A unique opportunity to discover how academic innovation can be transformed into cutting-edge musical tools, designed for musicians, researchers, and developers interested in the future of music technologies
