A project to transform prisoners' emotional claustrophobia into artistic and intellectual freedom

The CLAUSTROPHOBIAN project was born at the end of 2023 inside the Treviso prison. The assembly, painting and adjustment of the guitar’s components represents for us a challenge as ambitious as it is special because it allows us to combine the technical-scientific aspect of the instrument with the poetic-artistic aspect of the man.

Exposure

Proposing these tools on the market means stepping out of the logic of pity, which might emotionally accompany a product made by inmates: the challenge is to produce the best possible tool that as a plus can tell a men’s story.
