Info
Guitar craftsman, artist collector
A native of Milan, but long since living in Biassono, Brianza, Luciano Biasibetti is a passionate guitar builder and collector. Over the course of his life, he has owned up to 7,000 guitars, testing them and reselling them for pleasure, not for profit
Starting with a passion for vintage pinball machines, he began creating guitars using wood salvaged from old pinball machines from the 1960s and 1970s. The graphics, grain, and traces of life in these materials give the instruments a truly distinctive sound and aesthetic
His guitars are crafted from unusual materials: from pinball machine wood parts, lead-soldered cathedral glass, to vintage fabrics, leather, copper, ceramic, tin cans, scooter parts, and moving mechanical parts. The result is a fusion of music and visual art
Exposure
During the Electric Sound Village, various instruments will be exhibited, explained, described, and played by the creator himself
